lets make butter

Whip 450g of cream until stiff peaks

Scrape down

Whip again until butter and buttermilk seperates

Sieve butter and place buttermilk to the side

Using an ice bath squeeze any excess liquid out

Place in a bowl, add sea salt and combine

Wrap up the butter and use at your leisure

Eat and enjoy

with love
