Viral strawberry, yoghurt and choc bites
Ingredients for cookies
1 punnet of strawberries washed and sliced
3 chef spoons of Greek yoghurt
1 tablespoon of honey
Special k/ diced strawberries
Method
Wash your strawberries thoroughly, and slice them into quarters.
Add greek yoghurt and honey and stir.
Scoop onto tray you should get about 6 per punnet of strawberries used.
Freeze into discs
Melt dark chocolate and place your yoghurt discs into the chocolate. You can drizzle chocolate on top too if you prefer.
Crush your special k and freeze dried strawberries and place on to your melted chocolate before it sets.
Eat and enjoy
